All our parcels are sent from Melbourne, Australia using Australia Post and Sendle for domestic shipping. You will be sent an email from when you parcel is on the way and when it has been delivered.

If you purchased a products that is not personalised and are in any way unhappy with your purchase or change your mind, in most instances we will be happy to exchange, refund or credit you.

Please contact us via email first, after that you will receive further instructions.

Return your purchase within 30 days of purchase

Return in perfect condition, unused with all packaging neat and intact.

Return at your own expense and packaged up well

 

PERSONALISATION ERROR

If we made an error with the personalisation or sent you the wrong product, we will provide a new one ASAP. Please do the following:

Double check your order confirmation to ensure that the items received are incorrect.

Email us with the details the incorrect personalisation, including a photo. 

When purchasing a personalised item, please ensure that you carefully check the details and spelling. Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange of products with incorrect details provided by the customer.
We do not provide proofs unless requested. Please note that this will extend the production time.
We will honor a full replacement or refund of products with errors made by Mini Moni.
MATERIAL SAFETY
Your little ones safety is very important to us here at Mini Moni, so please follow the following safety instructions:

Teethers, Dummy chains and toys: 
Our teethers and rattles are designed to help and sooth your child's gums whilst teething. However, this must be under strict adult supervision where a child must never be left unsupervised with Mini Moni products that contain beads or small pieces. The small pieces could be a choking hazard!
Our Dummy chains are designed to secure your baby's dummy and prevent it from falling to the ground or getting lost.
They are NOT A TOY and must be worn under strict supervision of an adult.
Please ensure that you inspect all toys and accessories before each use for damage.
Care and maintenance: 
Clean with a damp cloth - lukewarm water only and air dry after cleaning. Do not put in water. You can condition your wooden baby toy using coconut oil. 
By purchasing an item from Mini Moni, you are agreeing to the above stated safety guidelines. You are also acknowledging that Mini Moni cannot be held liable or responsible for loss, damage, claims, injury, expenses, costs, professional fees and/or any other liability resulting from the improper use of any products, or the failure to properly supervise any infant or child. Mini Moni waives any responsibility for usage of the product once it leaves our hands. Buyers assumes all responsibility.
