Personalisation instructions:

Enter your chosen word or name in the space provided. Please check that all spelling is correct. All text will be copied exactly and will be created exactly as per the preview shown - including all joins and letter spaces. Text is case sensitive. If you wish the letters to all be joint please include this in your order or at additional comments at checkout.
Choose the style Decide on your favourite font by simply typing your chosen word in out Font Gallery .
Describe what art you would like. Eg Sunflowers, trees and mushrooms, rainbows and clowds, hot air baloons, dinosaurs.
Choose the size Please ensure you've reviewed the size details carefully, before submitting your order.

*please note that the script fonts will be 'bolded' and made thicker by a few increments before cutting to ensure a nice strong wall plaque. The preview text box is a preview tool only. Preview & dimensions shown are a guide only & may be subject to adjustments. Joining as 1 piece may change dimensions slightly.

Wooden Bamboo script names are 3mm thick.

We suggest using 3M picture hanging strips or Blu-tack. We don’t supply mounting tapes. Wooden Wall Art and Decal pieces are fragile and you should always handle with care.

Safety warning: Wall Art and Decal pieces are not a toy and must be kept away from children at all times.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Order are usually processed within 7-10 business days.

During seasonal events such as Promotional events, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas etc, processing time will be 10-18 business days as we recieve high volume of orders.

An email will be sent to notify you when your order is shipped out with your tracking information.

RETURNS POLICY

If you purchased a products that is not personalised and are in any way unhappy with your purchase or change your mind, in most instances we will be happy to exchange, refund or credit you.

Please contact us via email first, after that you will receive further instructions.

PERSONALISATION ERROR

If we made an error with the personalisation or sent you the wrong product, we will provide a new one ASAP. Please do the following:

Double check your order confirmation to ensure that the items received are incorrect.

Email us with the details the incorrect personalisation, including a photo.

When purchasing a personalised item, please ensure that you carefully check the details and spelling. Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange of products with incorrect details provided by the customer.

We do not provide proofs unless requested. Please note that this will extend the production time.

We will honor a full replacement or refund of products with errors made by Mini Moni.

Teethers, Dummy chains and toys:

Our teethers and rattles are designed to help and sooth your child's gums whilst teething. However, this must be under strict adult supervision where a child must never be left unsupervised with Mini Moni products that contain beads or small pieces. The small pieces could be a choking hazard!

Our Dummy chains are designed to secure your baby's dummy and prevent it from falling to the ground or getting lost.

They are NOT A TOY and must be worn under strict supervision of an adult.

Please ensure that you inspect all toys and accessories before each use for damage.

Care and maintenance:

Clean with a damp cloth - lukewarm water only and air dry after cleaning. Do not put in water. You can condition your wooden baby toy using coconut oil.

By purchasing an item from Mini Moni, you are agreeing to the above stated safety guidelines. You are also acknowledging that Mini Moni cannot be held liable or responsible for loss, damage, claims, injury, expenses, costs, professional fees and/or any other liability resulting from the improper use of any products, or the failure to properly supervise any infant or child.
