RETURNS POLICY

If you purchased a products that is not personalised and are in any way unhappy with your purchase or change your mind, in most instances we will be happy to exchange, refund or credit you.

Please contact us via email first, after that you will receive further instructions.

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item

Return your purchase within 30 days of purchase

Return in perfect condition, unused with all packaging neat and intact.

Return at your own expense and packaged up well

 

PERSONALISATION ERROR

If we made an error with the personalisation or sent you the wrong product, we will provide a new one ASAP. Please do the following:

Double check your order confirmation to ensure that the items received are incorrect.

Email us with the details the incorrect personalisation, including a photo.
