Custom Order Request
For custom design requests, a non-refundable design fee of $10 will be applied. This fee will be deducted from your order total once the design is approved.
When placing a custom order, please provide a detailed description of what you are looking for. Include as much detail as possible, specifying the materials you would like (e.g., paint, acrylic, wood inlay), the size, and any preferred fonts. If you prefer, I can also design your vision based on your ideas.
Please specify the date by which you need your items. Note that we require at least 2 weeks notice to complete custom orders.
By purchasing this product, you agree to email your inspiration photos to info@minimoni.com.au and mention your order number.
If you require shipping, please ensure to select the appropriate shipping option at checkout.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Order are usually processed within 7-10 business days.
During seasonal events such as Promotional events, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas etc, processing time will be 10-18 business days as we recieve high volume of orders.
An email will be sent to notify you when your order is shipped out with your tracking information.

All our parcels are sent from Melbourne, Australia using Australia Post and Sendle for domestic shipping. You will be sent an email from when you parcel is on the way and when it has been delivered.

RETURNS POLICY
If you purchased a products that is not personalised and are in any way unhappy with your purchase or change your mind, in most instances we will be happy to exchange, refund or credit you.
Please contact us via email first, after that you will receive further instructions.

PERSONALISATION ERROR
If we made an error with the personalisation or sent you the wrong product, we will provide a new one ASAP. Please do the following:
Double check your order confirmation to ensure that the items received are incorrect.
Email us with the details the incorrect personalisation, including a photo.
